A 4-hour block, until 2 am
Venues are hired per 4-hour block, with extra hours or for a whole evening of up to 8 hours. An event may start no later than 11 pm and run until 2 am. Friday and Saturday from 5 pm carry a surcharge, and with a larger food and drink order the hire is halved or free.
You put together catering, drinks, staff and decoration from packages when booking and see the final price straight away. For workshops and talks there is also the seminar hall on the 1st floor.
